Perhaps just make the oldest incarnation of the race the "elder" of the race? Of course only considering reasonably active players etc. Kind of small award for not reincing, like. Maybe give a very small +wis boost?

Horde kind of suggests that there are a lot of them and that they are plundering their way, but as I understand it they are nomadic hunters and not very many.

If you want to suggest that they also brought their shamans, scouts, women, children etc. I think Tribe would be better. Beefed up with ...
