Makes you able to change your party place in middle of battle. With powerful, intelligent and wise foes, this would be very difficult . If you want to swap place with someone, both should have this skill, or if someone is between you and the spot you want to move. Might take few rounds to complete ...

If a level 100 player is bored, because he has nowhere to grow, we can give him a new race- A perfect race, good for both tanking and casting yet has a memory problem, so exp gain would be lowered and training costs raised. This way the bored level 100 player would get another challenge.
