Does the Crescent Moon function better for it's original wielder?

What does Grandmaster of Archery or Throwing do? None of them seem too apparent.

Does grandmaster of shields only give free hits?

I don't consider the one slot items to be as much of a problem maybe. In the short term they present a way for higher end players to upgrade their eq by gathering/hoarding decent quality shards.

Any chance Coven or Monk's guild item could be changed from misc slot? Or perhaps the requirement to be wearing them to perform certain functions removed? I've been thinking about making a silly hybrid between the two classes. (Coven with Monk Sec) But can't because of A: I wouldn't be able to ...

Comas, you're thinking too... Expish. A Ethereal and a few tanks aren't going to live very long if an invisible mage enters room and casts tornado while you're in a fight. There goes your level 5 minion, no?
