The druids should be overall nature users, aka plants AND animals. A sub for rangers would be nice, with subs like archers and bladesingers excluded from the portfolio. Druids could be a minion guild, but with a minion as a companion, not minion as tank ...

As the desc says, the elder chitines make that stuff, so could that be tied to the age of the char as in how long one has kept this reinc?

And as to the availability issue... Some event or such for chitines, maybe along the hive sub, or a skill? So ...
