Do mobs lose their red highlight when they regenerate to full health? Does a right lite [for non-aggro] indicate it is taken even if it is at full health?

Imo,

define kill stealing :
1. Killing injured mobs [which others are probably attacking]
2. Killing mobs in a room which others are present
3. Moving into a room and attacking a mob [where another pc is present fighting]

As you need cash to buy from booths, could the money paid stay as coins in a money-box at the booth instead of appearing in the bank account? Then I could empty it and reuse the coins without paying the withdraw free at the bank.
