What's the actual difference between skills 'find weakness' and 'enhance criticals' when determining hitrolls in combat?

Also what's the difference between weapon stats 'accuracy' and 'damage'?

There's been discussions and people widely regards adamantium / iceron getting +damage bonuses (possible to get numerical values?). And mithril / titanium getting speed bonuses.

What does +speed stat do in weapons? Does it give a chance for extra attacks, does it directly give extra attacks or does it lower the needed assign amount to roll an attack. Or something else? What?
