Editing Create powder

Some alchemists wanted to apply their skills to combat uses also. Potions
weren't very successful in that though paralyze and bomb potions have
achieved some popularity among fighting alchemists. After some thinking and
developing they came up with an idea to make powders which make their
victims for example to choke. These powders are usually thrown at the
victim and then inhaled by him or some work even by touching the victim's
skin. Though hitting moving target with a pile of powder might be hard. To
make powders one needs the right ingredients and something in which to mix
them.


Usage: use create powder at <name of wanted powder>.
