This collar is made from pure gold. Despite the superb material the quality
is quite poor and the torc is almost ready to break apart. It is made of
golden scales, cut to resemble flames. It seems quite flamboyant though the
smith must have been drinking or really unskilled, no master smith would
ever have made such a poor piece of equipment from such an expensive
material.
It is of adequate quality, and it is in perfect condition.
It looks like it would cover your neck slot.
