The following words as spoken by Mages of Valkor describe characteristics which are peculiar to all native inhabitants of Chto:

Acid does not care about magical qualities.
Poison does not care about magical qualities.
There is no reason to why negative void would not affect psionic damage as long as the elemental form is intelligent.
Corporeal beings of elemental negative void are affected by physical damage as anything else.
Fire does not care about magical qualities.
Cold does not care about magical qualities.
Lightning does not care about magical qualities.
Negative void is highly resistant to magic.
The environment has no atmosphere in which sound would travel.
The environment has no atmosphere which it's inhabitants would breath.

It is a major factor in magic weather.
