Psychic venom utilizes the psychic probe in the victim's mind and turns it
into a way to damage the victim's mind repeatedly for some time. The
psionicist sends psychic energy into to the psychic probe and commands it
to attack the victim's mind with the psychic energy which was just
transfered into it. The damage seems like the victim would be suffering
from effects of severe poison as the probe attacks his nerve system with
similar impulses.
