Affiliated stats: Primary: charisma Secondary: intelligence Tertiary: wisdom This charm forces the targets to a state which most likely resembles religious zeal or fanaticism. Being in such a state boosts your combat skills, at least those which require dexterous movement and high perception. The drawback is that while the charm boosts the targets' skill levels it causes their minds to fall into a kind of a stupor, which lessens their intelligence and wisdom, though only temporarily.
