The following words as spoken by Mages of Valkor describe characteristics which are peculiar to all native inhabitants of Aythzilla:

Acid is capable of earting away earth. Think of potent acid on iron.
Poisons run their course in corporeal bodies and corporeal bodies are in likeness of earth.
There is no reason why psionic would not affect elemental earth as any other.
Physical forms are in likeness of earth, physical IS earth.
Think of how furnaces are made of stone.
Think of how stones are covered in deep frost.
Lightning strikes from the clouds and is grounded by earth.

It is a major factor in magic weather.
