This brazen censer is much larger than normal censer you have seen in temples and it is obviously meant for combat purposes as it remind a ball'n'chain a lot and can be probably used in same manner in combat. 
It has numerous large spikes protruding out of it. 
It seems to be hollow and there seems to be some kind of crystal inside of that emits soft green glow. 
It doesn't seem to be attached to the censer in anyway but still seems to hold its position in the middle of the censer even as you move it. 
Noxious smell surrounds the censer constantly.
