The moment you set your eyes upon this man you know him to be evil. His lips twitch slightly, perhaps a smile, as he looks at his surroundings. He is frail and his back is somewhat hunched, but he has an aura of immense power, the magical forces flow strongly through and inside him. 
Occasionally he spreads his fingers toward the ashen ground, and a barely visible and living line of light grows from the ground to meet the hand.

He seems to have a powerful aura of prestige.
