This funny-looking cloak looks like a real manta ray you have seen some fishing boats bring in to harbors. The outer side of the cloak is totally black and the inner side is snow-white in colour. Mouth of the manta ray wraps around the wearer's neck forming sort of a collar. The cloak is very wide, yet quite short and it narrows towards the bottom edge until it forms a sharp tail at the end of it. It is of great quality, and it is in perfect condition.

It looks like it would cover your cloak slot.
