This dry, crimson-hued heart has been dead for decades already. Ripped off from Dafur's rotting carcass, this item is indeed an item to be respected.
A string of rope has been attached to it, allowing one to tie it around one's neck. Though it would be best used as an amulet, since heart tissue
is not one of the best materials protection vice.
It is of excellent quality, and it is in perfect condition.
It looks like it would cover your amulet slot.
