This earring is made by some mastersmith from mithril ages ago. On the
mithril base there has been attached a tear-shaped jewel, most likely an
amethyst, which is mysteriously blue in colour. The jewel radiates magic
that feels totally alien to you.
It is of considerable quality, and it is in perfect condition.
It looks like it would cover your ear slot.
