This skill is similar to dodge in the way it makes you avoid being hit.
However, where dodging requires quick reflexes and a fit body, allowing you
to perhaps sidestep an incoming blow, 'avoid hits' also requires a bit of
wisdom and makes you a harder target overall, increasing the chance that
your opponent will miss or strike a less powerful blow.
