In the times of peril Albila has been known to grants his blessing to the people caught in the depths of water or the drowning and allowing them to breathe under water like they would breathe normal air. Priests of Water, as the conduit of his godly power, 
are also able to bestow this blessing to the people, allowing them to momentarily explore lands below water. Especially after allying themselves with the Ciloss and living in the same city this blessing has been found very useful frequently.
