A priest can bestow a blessing upon another person. The actual effect of
the blessing depends on the whim of the priests' deity and can vary.
However, the effect is the greatest if both the priest and the blessed
person revere the same element and the least if they revere cathegorically
opposite elements (fire<->water, air<->earth). A person cannot receive more
than one blessing per boot. A priest can also use this spell to bless
purified vials so that they become holy water vials that can be used for
several various purposes. When blessing vials some of your divine favours
are transfered into the vials.
