Editing Combine potions

Affiliated stats:
        Primary: intelligence
      Secondary: dexterity
       Tertiary: constitution

With this skill a skilled alchemist can combine effects of two potions into
a single potion. Doing so is very beneficial as you don't have to drink
many potions to get all the effects and some potions do not work at the
same time. For example mana and health regeneration potions do not work at
the same time separately but if you combine them into a single potion you
gain both effects. Drinking a single potion in combat is also much
healthier than drinking several different potions. This skill works exactly
like potion brewing except that it needs potions instead of ingredients.


Usage: use combine potions at <name of wanted potion>.
