Editing Decant potion

Affiliated stats:
        Primary: intelligence
      Secondary: dexterity
       Tertiary: wisdom

With knowledge in this skill an alchemist can dilute one potion into two
potions with same effect as the original one. Of course it's power is
usually less than half of the power the original one had but master
alchemists are able to do the task so that the diluted potions have exactly
half of the power than the original one. You can of course diluted the two
potions which you got from the original one but their effect is again
halved but this way you can quickly make lots of potions from a single one
if it was very potent. You need an empty vial everytime you decant a potion
in two potions.


Usage: use decant potion at <potion>.
