Battlemages of Valkor who helped the Army of Vaerlon have often found
themselves in unwanted melee combat during military missions. Most of them
aren't taught to handle melee weapons nor are physically able to do so.
Studies of those mages have produced new defensive spell that greatly
increases their survivability in combat. This defensive spell surrounds
mages in an armor of pure energy that is infused with powers of all
elements. The armor uses elemental power of air to mend its user when in
mortal danger and elemental power of earth to protect the user from
physical harm. The armor is able to harness elemental energy from the
surroundings of the mage to replenish mage's own magical powers when he
becomes victim of elemental attack. Mage's own skills of focusing different
elements affect how greatly the armor protects him from incoming elemental
attacks. Elemental power of water gathers vast amounts of magical energy to
increase recovery rate of mage's own magical reserves. This spell is
related to all elements.
