This dramatic spell causes one target to be engulfed by multihued flames that illuminate and outline the target, making it easier to hit, especially with ranged weapons, resulting in even deadlier damage. The flames may also slow down spell casting and cause confusion, but otherwise the fire is completely harmless and dies out rather quickly.
