Editing Measure medicine

Use this skill to carefully measure the amount of medicine within a medical
liquid or solid. You can measure a maximum of 100 units and minimum of 0
units (making it a placebo) into a medicine.

To measure current strength of medicine:
        use measure medicine at <medical liquid/potion/salve/pill>

To adjust strength of medicine:
        use measure medicine at <medical liquid/potion/salve/pill> to <strength>

 Example: use measure medicine at pill
 Example: use measure medicine at pill to 8
