Editing Preach

This command is used by priests of different elemental orders to deliver
message of their respective elemental gods to the ears of heretics,
unfaithful commoners and of course to those who already believe in their
god so that their faith will become even more stronger. Some of the sermons
seem to have miraculous effects ranging from healing to banishment of evil
beings. Different orders also perform these sermons somewhat differently.
Priests of air are know to preach from books dedicated to Pthuule which
enables almost all of their members to do this precious work. Unlike the
priests of air, priests of fire spent months studying and learning the
sacred rites of their goddess and then preach these sermons without any
books. You cannot preach without some training in preaching.
        Usage: preach <from (book)|decree|stop>
