Editing Prepare psicrystal

Some psionicists have developed a way to alter normal gemstones into
crystals that are able to store and transfer psionic strength. The process
requires a gem and some divine favours from the elemental gods to work. The
divine favours are conducted mentally into the stone altering it's
structure into a psicrystal. The quality of the gem affects how much the
crystal can store psionic strength. After use the crystal quickly
disintigrates into worthless dust. Even so many psionicists found this
ability to store psionic strength very valuable and quickly learned the way
to do so from other psionicists.
