This immensely powerful spell tears open a rift to the plane of death. From that tear a burst of chaotic death magic is likely to escape. Luckily a powerful member of the unification is able to twist those magics to his needs. A net of torment is weaved from the magic and set upon the victim. The net pierces into the victim's true being, deep into the bone and marrow and to the spirit of the target and breaks the connections between the soul and the vessel. This terrible ability is able to pierce one's resistance to the element magic. The number of connections one can hamper with is limited and so it will focus mainly on a single type of elemental damage. Due the chaotic nature of the spell the element may chance during the spell effect. Of course the more durable one's bond with the element in question is the less this spell can hinder it. But even with strong bonds it will give a tremendous boost to one's harming capabilities.
