Tracking allows you to search and follow tracks, which can be quite helpful
if you want to know where someone or something has been, or is right now.
Tracks stay visible for only so long, and trying to search tracks on an
often traveled path or road can be frustrating, perhaps impossible. Note
that if you do not find any tracks at the first attempt, it could be wise
to try a few more times just to make sure. 

The syntax:
   'use tracking at search'
   'use tracking at follow <whom>'
