To achieve a higher level of meditation requires mastering true stillness. Like the name says, true stillness makes your body forget its fatigue and weariness, allowing it to recover even faster than in normal meditation. Managing to achieve the true stillness, all visible lifesigns seem to end, but the body actually gets maximal chance to recover.
