Editing Wizcall

This command is meant for requesting help from wizards in case you have
problem with some game related problem. This can be anything from bugs to
player killing and everything else. The message will be showed to all
wizards online and they will be stored so that they aren't lost due to
boots or other message that might happen if you request help by tells or on
channels.
Wizards will contact you after sending out a wizcall as soon as possible.
There is no limit to the length of wizcall messages and you are free to
send multiple wizcalls if your problem needs more explaining. The better
and more detailed your message is the faster and better the wizards can
help you with your problem. Improper usage of the command will lead to
consequences but if you truely have a problem needing wizard attention
don't be afraid to use the wizcall.
