Usage: say <message>
say last
This command allows a player to say something that will be seen by all
other players in the same room. Typing 'say last' shows you all things you
remember having heard people to say.
You may also use adverbs ('help adverbs') with say command.
For example 'say <angrily> test' results in 'You angrily say: test'.
