This golden ring is encrusted with a large, heart-shaped ruby. 
In a closer inspection you can see how the colour of the ruby swirls a bit, fading
from deeper crimson to a lighter shade of red. 
The ring is lined with runes, the few you recognize say 'To Julie, with eternal love'.
It is of great quality, and it is in perfect condition.
