Synopsis: greet another player or NPC
Usage: greet <someone>
This is a special emote, and can be used to greet other players and
especially Non-Player Characters (NPC's). Many NPC's are willing to
talk with you, and you can converse with them using the 'ask' command.
Some NPC's will also sit down for a longer, guided conversation. For
those, 'talk to <someone>' opens a menu of things you can raise with
them - worth doing when someone clearly has a lot to say.
