Identify gem

Through years of study and experience a talented and knowledgeable jeweller is able to look at a gemstone and tell what kind of stone it is, how rare that kind is, how it is cut and of what quality it is. Also they are able to identify gemstones that have been attached to armour and weapons. With a practised eye they can also tell what a loose stone could become once it is woken, and whether any cut could wake it at all.

Usage: use identify gem at <gemstone|item>
