LEGENDS, AND WHERE THAT NUMBER COMES FROM

The who command has a legends section. What follows is information about legends from this news post.

Two things put you in the LEGENDS block. You have to be level 100, and
you have to have earned something in the saga. At the cap with nothing
on the board yet, you sit at the top of the adventurers list instead,
and your first saga point moves you up.
The badge in curly braces, where everyone else carries their level in
square brackets, is not a level. Yours is 100 and it is staying there.
That is your Legends level.
Where the number comes from: every saga score you have ever earned is
added into one running total that never gets cleared, this year's
included while it is still moving. Your Legends level is how far that
total has climbed. Nothing counts twice, and nothing counts for less
because it happened years ago. A quiet year still adds to it. A
crowned year adds a great deal. The total only reaches back as far as
the Hall's own records, so the oldest characters start even with the
newest, which is not a slight on anyone, just the point at which
somebody started writing things down.
Each level costs more than the one before it, and there is no top one.
The levels are gathered into six standings, from the Noted up to the
Unforgotten, and the last one covers everything above it: levels keep
climbing, names for them do not. "help legends" has the list. "saga"
shows your total and exactly how far off the next level is, "score"
gives you the one-line version, and the folios on the skald's table in
the Hall of Legends hold a register of names in his own hand, with
your own standing written underneath.
