This command is used to refer an another player as your recruiter. It
maybe done only by new players less than 7 days from their creation. When
the player reaches certain milestones in total experience the recruiter
is awarded with a certain amount of permanent divine favours. If your
character is already older than 7 days and you feel like some player has
recruited you into the game or helped you significantly you may request
an admin to add that player as your recruiter. If a player is added as
your recruiter and you have passed some of the milestones already that
player will not be awarded retrospectively.
Usage: refer <player>
