Synopsis: search the 'news' channel
Usage: searchnews <pattern>
searchnews recent <pattern>
Search the news channel for a pattern. The pattern can be a simple
word, or you could write a regular expression if you wish.
If you 'searchnews recent <pattern>' then the results will have the
most recent entries in front, otherwise they are at the end.
A common regular expression is to match both cases of a letter, as in
this example...
searchnews [Mm]age
... which matches both 'mage' and 'Mage'
