Velocity is the ultimate ability. It is the speed of motion, and surpassing that, the ability to anticipate motion or even the thought of motion. It makes a ranger a lot faster in many aspects. It makes them deadlier and swift like a true ranger should be. It makes a ranger able to perform shots perfectly, allowing them to maintain momentum much further than any other archer could and thus increase damage of projectiles by a great deal.
