Bloodaxe

Bloodaxe is the horde of the orcs, also called Clan Bloodaxe. Orcs, trolls and their kin live in it.

The horde makes its camps near volcanoes and fire pits, where the ground itself stays warm. It breeds fast. Losses in one raid are made good within a season, so weight of numbers matters more than any single warrior's skill.

Its children learn to swing an axe or a mace early, and to track prey across the ash fields.

Other peoples call the Bloodaxe savage and keep their distance. The horde does not mind. Its fighters have an appetite for a fight and no fear of bad odds.
