Backgrounds were how a character was put together before kingdoms and stories replaced them. None of the choices described here can be made in the game today. The page is kept as a record of how Icesus used to work.

Current system: Character creation and Stories

A goldsmith manufactures decorative luxury items such as silver plates and gold candelabras and jewelry. Goldsmithing requires extremely nimble fingers, and is also a very lucrative profession.

The most visible effects on your character:

  o Constitution gives a little more health.
  o Dexterity gives more endurance.
  o Gives more wealth.
  o Increased maximum dexterity.
  o Strength gives a little more endurance.
