Claim
Stake your council's claim on an unclaimed province.
How
- Found a council, anywhere, with
council create <name>. - Find an ancient claim stone, a tall standing stone at the heart of an unclaimed province out in the outworld.
- Stand beside it and type
claim. The claim's silver comes from your own money; if you have too little, the stone says how much it asks.
The stone's old runes answer slowly. When the ceremony is done, an enter exit opens on the outworld tile, the treasury receives some starting silver, and you hold a Storehouse plan. help provinces takes it from there.
More than one province
A council may hold up to three provinces. Before it claims another, every province it holds needs an Advanced storehouse and one other Advanced building. Each further claim costs more silver, takes building materials from the council's stores, and must wait for the cooldown since the last.
The stone at home
Inside your province the claim stone stands in the central square. look at it for the council's commands there: plans replaces a lost Storehouse plan, and abandon calls a council vote to give the province up. If the vote passes, its buildings and treasury are lost.
