Dhubr
Dhubr is the god of Earth.
He is one of the five gods of the Elements. In the old war between Water, Magic and Fire, he and Pthuule stayed neutral. When the Ice came, the priests of Earth and Fire raised a ring of mountains around the valley, and Dhubr gave them a great deal of help. See History.
The faith of Earth has two sides. Dhubr holds power over the dead and their souls, and he also upholds nature and gives life. Many priests follow only one side, and Dhubr accepts this, but a true priest of Earth follows both. The path of necromancy is feared, and its priests are shunned in most places.
Earth is the main religion of Graemor. The priesthood of Dhubr helped Kezrhgdel seize the palace there.
Priests of Earth wear brown robes lined with black and green, and his altars are grey. In his temple, a gigantic elemental of Earth can appear as his avatar. His priests cast Dhubr's care, which cradles its target in his power.
