Pthuule
Pthuule is the goddess of Air.
She is one of the five gods of the Elements. In the old war between Water, Magic and Fire, she and Dhubr stayed neutral. When the Ice came, the priests of Air raised a screen of force above the valley. It works like a greenhouse and helps keep the valley warm. See History.
Her priests call her a benevolent goddess, the shield of the weak, who cares for everyone. They say she is everywhere and watches us. The Priests of air are healers first, and they fight evil beings when they must.
Tempest harbingers are her high priests of fury. They ride windmares ahead of great storms, and the storms sweep the unclean from the land. Priests of Air can call the iron wings of Pthuule to their shoulders. Her altars are white.
The temple in Atherton has altars to all the elemental gods, and a priest of Air keeps it. The priests of Air protested when the faithful of Zrammas began building a cathedral there.
